What devices does Vividly support?
Vividly supports a wide range of Bluetooth-enabled LED lights and light strips. Device compatibility may vary depending on hardware and firmware versions.
How do I connect my LED lights to the app?
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, power on your LED device, and open the app. Vividly will automatically scan and show available devices for connection.
Why are some presets or control options not available for my LED device?
Available presets, effects, and control options depend on the hardware capabilities and firmware of your LED device. Some devices do not support certain lighting modes, color effects, or advanced controls. The Control screen will only display options that are supported by your specific device to ensure stable and correct operation.
Do I need to create an account to use the app?
No account is required for basic features. Logging in allows you to restore Premium purchases and manage your account across devices.
Why does the app require Bluetooth and location permissions?
Bluetooth is required to discover and control LED devices. On some systems, location permission is required to enable Bluetooth scanning. We do not track your location.
Why do I see ads in the app?
Ads help keep the app free and support ongoing development. You can remove ads by upgrading to Premium.
What does Premium include?
Premium removes ads and unlocks additional features for a smoother and more complete lighting experience.
Does Vividly work without an internet connection?
Yes. Most lighting controls work offline once your LED device is connected via Bluetooth. Internet is only needed for login, purchases, and updates.
